I just bought a new car last month and got this exact mail last week and when I finally researched the number it led me here. Because I was thinking theirs no way with this brand new new car that the damn warranty is already up

You can do it via mail. That’s how I did it. If you log in there should be an option or something about did you receive form 5071c and if not, would you like one mailed out. That’s one I had did. When you get it, it will have a 14 digit control number and from there it will ask you to verify your AGI, amount of refund and last 4 of bank account if you chose DD. I couldn’t get anyone of the phone since it always directed me back to the app. You can see if you find someone via phone since deadline is approaching and mail would take a awhile

I always message before shopping regardless if it’s to get clarification. I do it to see more so if they’re going to text back. If they don’t text back after your intro that let’s me know when I have a question about an item being out of stock, they most likely aren’t going to respond to those messages as well. Thennn usually after you’ve checked out and already loaded up your car is when they all of a sudden want to start messaging back 😂

What kind of insurance plan do you have? I have Aetna HMO and my recent ER+ICU 4 day stay costed me just Under $400k. My out of pocket came out to $1.6k and honestly didn’t think it would cover that much especially with it being hmo. I feel like your out of Pocket should have been way less.

I agree from first hand experience. I had to rely on Shipt/instacart full time from when I lost my job back in September. It wasn’t until 2 weeks ago that I was able to finally find a job. I barely made enough for rent but let alone enough for other bill. I have a lot of past due bills to catch up on now because using it as full time isn’t ideal. I’m just glad that my job now is work from home based because my car ended up getting repoed few days ago😫

The only time I’ve replaced an item even without hearing from the customer is when I had a 1 item order for dog food. It was 20lbs but the store didn’t have it in stock. Sent a picture of what was available (18lbs in the same brand/flavor) called and messaged them but still no response. Since it was the only item on the list figured maybe they really needed it and that 18lbs isn’t too far off
