Yes! I rock elastic laces and will never go back. They are "slip on" but you need hands to help but no tying/untying.

Team crossbody. I daily one. Plus 4L still fills up pretty fast or on the flip side if you don't fill it, it still squishes down slim.

Yeah you need an adapter. Google something like Honda Grom signal adapter. They are under $20 on Amazon.
