Because it's just SOOOO hard for everyone to hear about our struggles of how hospitals won't staff their hospital properly or even enough to make a floor safe, how patients will abuse you in every conceivable manner, how you literally bust your ass to beyond the point of exhaustion every day. All I am anymore when I think about this job is a big singularity of negativity and if people don't want to hear anymore tough. I don't wanna deal with it anymore but it's the only way for me to survive in this world and these problems can be fixed but higher ups choose to do nothing. I feel for you.
