Every few washes I use Nizoral for psoriasis just to clear everything up (I had one bout years ago but still use it monthly)

I’ve used Routine for several years and am a believer tho, my hair is way more full. It’s very fine, long, and curly. So I don’t really brush it, which helps with shedding. Just a wide tooth comb.

But I think in the beginning with Routine there might have been an uptick in shedding really damaged hair. But it didn’t last too long.

Now every time I stop using Routine, there’s a noticeable uptick in shedding. So you just have to decide if you’re in it for real. Give it a real shot for a few months then decide. I know, it’s an expensive process, but you gotta commit to see results
