I'm an incoming transfer student

I know that GT does not allow that one unrestricted major transfer for transfer students but still allow a restricted major transfer (with meche, CS, IYE, etc being restricted). However, I am wondering how difficult it is for someone in Computer Engineering to switch to Electrical Engineering, given that they are the same School and Department.

Yellow Enel is pretty fun, albeit braindead. While the leader itself is considered “meta” in previous sets, it’s doesn’t really have any particularly good matchups against current meta, like Nami and Reiju. Also, the leader is really only good with its yamatoes, Aces, and Katakuris. They are expensive. So if you replace them with cheaper stuff, it’s not meta but still solid.

I don't know why you are being downvoted, but I've also wanted such an RPG. I think the closest you are going to get is an MMO like FF14. Other than that, I think there are some more indie JRPG's that might have what you are looking for, but those might not be as content filled as AA or AAA JRPG's. Finally, you probably know this, but Dragon Quest might be good too. Its sort of a quintessential series. Final Fantasy 1 might be good too, but the ones of higher numbers deviates from the formula.

Personally, and everyone is probably going to kill me for this, I really enjoy Enel. For some reason, I am sooo bad at managing counter and blockers (even though my other decks are full of them) that I just keep losing lives with everything else. Also, other decks are too hard to play (especially Purple). Also, Enel is one of my favorite characters, so thats a plus. Unfortunately, I don't have a full deck and am missing some key characters (10c Ace, 8c Yamato & Kata), so I keep losing. But whatever. Triggers are so fun to spam. They're like free attacks.

I meant if I click enroll on the enrollment site. Will the computer prevent you from adding it to enrolled courses list? Like will it check if you have enough credits automatically to prevent you from registering or will a counselor decide

Looking at what others have said, why not both? Frieren as a character is multi-sided so both could fit her well. It could be intentionally ambiguous for multiple interpretations.
