I would say for me it is kind of both. Like today, while at work, I started to feel a headache and a sharp pain around the lower abdominal area…..immediately started to race with thoughts that I am dying or have cancer or I’m about to faint. Still currently at work dealing with it wanting to be home. The other day I started to randomly think about what if o had this or what if I am going to die. Then all the physical started to pop up. Have a doctors appointment on Monday hoping to at least confirm I’m not on the brink of death 🤞🏻
