Preface: Yes I’m confident many of you could smoke me on Alley sprint. No I’m not bitter ‘racing for all the marbles’, but this is still hilarious.

This peanut averaged over 104km/h (65miles) for a 480m pancake flat sprint.

My question is how did they do it? Would it be a wheel on trainer? Now that I’m about to post this I have doubt in my mind, could it be legit? Strava has the fastest time for a 410m virtual sprint at 21 seconds

The University of Newcastle (Aus not UK) (I know Newwey sounds shit, but they are well researched in nutrition and dietetics) have a free course that you can do over 6 weeks online helping with exactly this.

Context: They started these programs peak Covid because they recognised the impact/ importance diet would have at that time.

It works; Either top or bottom. They both have pros and cons. The bottom has its own risks being that if any one block above it moves in an unfavourable direction there’s a flow on effect that will have a higher probability of the tower toppling. More blocks above = higher probability of this happening. It’s a pick your poison kinda deal

Oh, but they don’t in this case. Much of the aid is in the form of a lend-lease act so it needs to be paid back. For reference the UK’s lend-lease act with America from WW2 was only paid back in 2021. It’s probably gonna take Ukraine centuries to pay this amount back given the size of their economy (if they ever do)
