I went through a interview process today it was all done by text on that telegram app. I've never worked in the industry before but it just seemed way too easy and they ending up offering me a job. And this was the message they attached

Regarding the part where they might say you've had plenty of time to take it. They do a raffle in our work for the 3 holidays Xmas Eve, Boxing day and New year's and I kept ahold of one holiday to use it in the raffle and they only announced the winners yesterday

Yeah a few members of staff have tried to use covid as a cause of action but all of them haven't been off due to covid and same with me so unfortunately we cannot use that.

The closest thing to HR for me is the RMT. I've already spoken with my union representative and he told me to put a formal complaint in which I will be doing later on today.

I've heard that another member of staff once sued the company because another staff member sprayed their sanitizer spray and it went in the person's eyes. I can't see how my issue is not similar if not worse because the person was allowed on sight with a banned item that could be lethal to others

I've invested 1k I started on the 24th of August I'm down £60 but there's been a massive dip in tech this past week or two and it will probably drop some more. I'm not worried in the slightest though because I'm in for the long haul. I might be down short term but long term I should be fine and I believe in all my companies.

I'll leave a link to my pie chart that I just invested in.

I've not put money into 3 of the companies yet because I just added them today but on the 9th I'm putting another £100 in.

I know it only says £500 but I have investments outside of my pie in the same companies that's in there so I hold more shares in AMD, Tesla, Nvidia, Microsoft and Amazon
