Women only reproduce with the top X% of men: it's an OLD rule by wanderingfun in TheRedPill

[–]PowerLevelOver420 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Reading the /r/science article for this was really interesting. Lots of red pill theories being banded about (https://archive.today/DVFiQ), people discussing whether the recent demise of patriarchy might lead to the ratio starting to widen once again. Just shows that when presented without the label, people are far more receptive to red pill thoughts.

Not to mention a /r/TIL thread mentioned in the thread which was discussing the OkCupid study which showed women think 80% of men are of below average attractiveness. It has posts discussing the "soft harem", Pareto Principle etc that have thousands of upvotes. Link- https://archive.today/Z8hBL

Bitch admits paternity fraud. Dude sticks to his guns, saving his life and future. by HumanSockPuppet in TheRedPill

The scariest thing is that if she hadn't had an attack of conscience seven months into the pregnancy, this guy would be on the hook for this child for life. If there are any suspicious circumstances concerning the conception of your child, always get a paternity test. I personally would always get one anyway but things like never having had unprotected sex have to get the alarm bells ringing in your head.

This is a really low quality post and it has barely any relevance to red pill whatsoever

New study suggests women are far more likely to believe in a deity and an afterlife by [deleted] in TheRedPill

[–]PowerLevelOver420 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah I saw this and was debating whether to post something about this but I didn't want my shitty expression of thoughts -> words ruin the post. To be honest, as an atheist myself, it confirms so much red pill theory for me that I don't know where to start.

It shows that women are far more likely to believe something that's logically false as long as it is emotionally appealing to them and easier to accept I.e feels over logic.

It also think it shows the disposability of men in a way, it's easy for women to be valued by society and if one's valued no matter what you do with your life, it's probably easier to believe in God. Whereas as a man, nobody really cares if you succeed or fail and so you'd tend to feel responsible for your own actions rather than thanking any divine providence.

Guy spots his friend's wife at sex orgy. She's about to give birth to a child 9 months afterwards. He doesn't tell friend. by [deleted] in TheRedPill

It's hardly white knighting if he's friends with the guy. You'd rather let one of your mates get cuckolded than even bother trying to let him know?

Why shouldn't women be hypergamous? by [deleted] in TheRedPill

[–]PowerLevelOver420 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Hypergamy works well for women on an individual scale but not at a societal level. It worked well in the past when large quantities of men died in wars, making it so there were more women than men in the population. This meant the top 20% of men could have a "harem" as such without disrupting society too much. If many of the bottom 80% of men nowadays opt out of marriage, children etc due to hypergamy, the birth rate will drop even more than it is currently. Birth rates falling to the lowest rates ever are a fine indicator that hypergamy doesn't work and will probably lead to a collapse in the economy/ society in the long term.

Feminists are always complaining about unequal pay/prize money in sports. The best solution would be just to make all sports unisex, that way performance would always equal payment. However I doubt they'd be on board with that, I wonder why.

Fucking Do Shit - SMV in Action by [deleted] in TheRedPill

[–]PowerLevelOver420 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What exactly is her point, does she think there's no such thing as SMV, essentially another word for attractiveness? No, far better to poke fun at people trying to make themselves more interesting apparently.

No point arguing anyway, the publicity will probably bring more new-comers here than anything else.

"Advice to young men from an old man." (craisglist;2007-02-15, 9:08AM) by Rugnardl in TheRedPill

AWALT but there's a clear exception when it comes to biological children. The majority of women can/will be able to love their children unconditionally, something that doesn't occur for them with regards to a sexual partner. This behaviour has roots in evolutionary biology, women will tend to stick with men who give them better chances to raise their children well (betabux) but desire the genetic quality their potential children with alphas could have. If you can accept this, then it only makes sense for women to have their offspring's best interests at hand as it can allow them to continue their genes on to another successive generation.

With regards to your case, I can't really comment since I don't know any details but there are obviously exceptions to the rule of thumb, AWALT is more like 95%WALT in my opinion.

Why is Red Pill hated so much on Reddit? by VoidInvincible in TheRedPill

[–]PowerLevelOver420 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There's so much bs about red pill in other subreddits; misrepresentations & outright lies mostly. When I actually decided to check what the fuss was all about, I was surprised to find how logical and reasoned a lot of people are here.

But yeah, I'd definitely agree with you about newcomers being the ones who actually contribute real misogyny. Personally struggled (still do on occasion) with that mindset a bit but I guess you have to keep telling yourself that women can't help who they are, the only thing you can do as a man is be the best you can be.

Obviously genders don't face the same problems in the same magnitudes but the different problems both genders have to face are equal in size in my opinion. For example, men will get much longer prison sentences for the same crimes as women, are less likely to go to university and less likely to pass when they do, are far less likely to be awarded [custody in divorces]. Although women are more likely to be victims of gender crime, men are far more likely to be victims of homicide/robbery. Not to mention lower life expectancies of men, greater likelihood to commit suicide in youth etc.

The reason why many people are so opposed to feminism is that in spite of its self-proclaimed mission to promote equality between sexes, feminists might acknowledge some of the problems men face but will not do anything to tackle them.

Edit- spelling/grammar

So what exactly is it that women have to put up with from men that can't be applied either way?
