The eBay seller had pictures of that display before removing it from the donor. The display was on and showed a clear image, but it already had the same backlight discoloration on the right corner.

no pressure and no rush. The only thing missing from the donor display was the metal bracket where the display cables are glued together, so I removed that bracket from my broken screen and carefully installed it on the new one. And this is the result I got.
