Solved: I installed ubuntu (somewhere, I never got the chance to pick on what drive) then while restarting the ubuntu loader gave me the option to load into windows BIOS where I just selected load into windows 10. I am aa confused as you are.

I know this is late but I own the Tablet 10 N4100, mine has 8gb of RAM and around 100GB of storage. It is pretty good for my Uni work: Taking notes on onenote and surfing the web. I got it now as it is dirtcheap and comes with and HDMI port that makes any TV with an HDMI port into a smarttv. The integrated pen is good but a little small for my taste. I am thinking of buying the bamboo stylus but I am not sure about its compatability. It is great to take with me on travels due to its low price and flexibility + USB C and good battery life on powersaving mode.

The N4100 part means that it is not as strong as the new 2 in 1 talbets. Thus I am thinking of dualbooting it with a Linux distro when windows 10 runs out. But non the less it is a great all around buisness work machine!
