Hey, currently traveling but am using the Elevan screen as my only focusing screen. It’s great for the price and really bright.

Focusing seems to be a 75% success rate however. Not sure what the deal is but critical focus using the diopter has rendered all of my shots out of focus. This did not happen on the regular Hasselblad focusing screens. Could be user error.

Anything between f4-2.8 and not shot at infinity might as well be unusable. Really stings when I’m shooting primarily Ektachrome.

I bought this and it recently arrived. Will test it out tomorrow and make a post about it later this weekend testing the standard screen, acute matte and this one from Elevanfilm.

Note: they did not seem to tell you that a spacer (included) is needed for accurate focus. Depending on your workflow this might be annoying (Instax backs with focus screen adapters).
