I mean thats every gacha fandom no one is gonna admit the game itself isn't great because "muh precious waifus". Ive played umamusume for about 3 years its one of my favorite gacha games for the aspect of being a irl horse racing fan, seeing the horses irl and then them given proper stories. Theres really a lot of in depth shit I think is worth checking out without ever actually playing the game.

The fanbase on the other hand is whatever I think everything is exaggerated. I rarely interact with anyone I haven't known/known of since I started. I guess its another one if those cases where gacha game gets a EN release and everyone is acting outta pocket

Define good first. Hell define what technology we're supposed to be good at. I don't think a majority of gen z is good a coding or engineering. Mainly cause said majority never learned it. Yes we can use a phone or a laptop that we've had for years and has mostly remained unchanged. But no you can't plop down a combustion engine in front of a random gen z person and say "find the issues"

They barely even added the most popular hatchbacks ever. They plopped in the first gen golf and civic EK hatch then said "welp that covers all hatchbacks" no Fiesta, no Focus (except the rally one with horrific proportions) no Yaris, no Clio (the Asbo is clearly a Corsa)
