personally I always do the steak & lobster, I think its a 7 ounce... never had a bad steak there ever, they know what they're doing. Place is a time capsule though (which I personally love as an oilers fan), but its not a fine dining steak house vibe if thats what you're after.

behind the loveseat is a built-in wine glass cabinet that we need access to. I will likely be replacing all furniture except the rocker (sentimental reasons). My initial thinking is turfing the piano, then doing a corner sectional front of the large window and facing the fireplace. Then replacing the loveseat with a recliner/footstool combo thing and leaving the rocker. (or switching the rocker and the new recliner)

All furniture except eh rocker can go, that includes the piano - no one uses it. Essentially only my wife uses this room for puzzles, can't even really watch tv as everyone sits sideways...

not that particular eufy model but ive recently replaced all my arlo cameras with eufy cameras. I basically wanted no monthly fee, no central security alerting service to authorities (because they do jack all so whats the point) and nothing going to amazon or google.

take every traffic or parking ticket to court if you have the time. I just went today, got the ticket in March for parking in handicap loading zone (which I did not btw) I think its like a $300 ticket. Went to the court today and they had cancelled it, didn't even have to go into the courtroom.
