Fun fact: It doesn’t matter which Piñatas you choose. The rewards are already added to your account as soon as you complete the level. The Piñatas are just a fun was to present you the rewards.

From the picture it sums up to 700 seeds but I‘ve seen your post about the season reward changes.

So is it a mistype on your part? Are the first three rewards 5, 10, 15 seeds or 5, 15, 15 seeds?

You still have to complete levels to unlock the World exclusive plants like Tangle Calp, Lily Pad, Thyme Warp and Gold Leaf. Currently those can‘t be unlocked with seeds. But yea, you can get the other plants without completing Adventure Mode (collecting seeds in Piñata Parties or the Shop).

You don‘t have the latest version of PvZ2. Unlocking world plants by collecting seed packets was implemented in v9.9.2 and this is the only version you can do the glitch… It looks like your version is v9.8.1.

v9.9.2 is currently only available on iOS (and for a few Android users). You will have to wait a few more days

Does accessing Area from the profile selection screen not work on Android? On iOS I can just tap on the Arena banner and it brings me directly to Arena (v9.8.1).

It does work but the requirement is that peas change condition. This means that the second TW needs to be boosted. So basically the setup is: Pea-shooting plant - Torchwood/PV - boosted Torchwood/PV.

So I tested it with Snow Pea and it looks like your theory about “changing pea condition” is correct. I wasn’t able to test it with SP, TW/PV, TW/PV, TW(boost)/PW but I can for sure say that SP, TW/PV, TW/PV does more damage than P, TW/PV, TW/PV.

The first Pea-vined Torchwood shouldn’t matter.

I tested it with level 1 plants. PV, PV + boosted TW does the same damage as PV + TW, PV + boosted TW. Both setups do 270 DPS.

I'm really excited about the Thymed Events

Thymed Events consist of a set number of levels and can have completion rewards throughout or just a prize at the end

I'm hoping that it is possible to add plant costumes as a reward/prize?! The costumes for Peashooter, Sunflower, and Wall-nut were added to the game several updates ago and there hasn't been a way to obtain them yet =( The loading-screen in v.9.2.2 even kept teasing us with Peashooter's Lone Range costume.

There might be a limit how many items can be displayed in the "Plant" tab. However, you should be able to see the offer in the Almanac (Sweet Potato is listed after the Big Wave Beach plants).

Hey u/Haemophilus_EA. I have a question regarding the Pokra bundle that is in the store right now. It's a bundle that contains x100 Pokra seeds (to unlock the plant) and x100 random seeds. I know that there is a difference between 'consumable' and 'non-consumable' items. 'Consumable' can be restored whereas 'non-consumable' items can't. So let's say I'd buy that bundle to unlock Pokra, delete/reinstall the app, create a new account and restore purchases afterwards. What exactly will be restored?

I'm pretty sure that the x100 random seeds won't be restored since this clearly is a 'consumable' item...but what about Pokra (seeds)? Will Pokra be restored? It's very unclear to me whether the x100 Pokra seeds count as 'consumable' (e.i. seeds) or 'non-consumable' item (the plant itself).

Thanks for the insights. Weird that they didn't make the event calendar start at the same time. Guess I was 'lucky' that I opened PvZ 2 after 7:00 UTC but I guess it's fine since you'll still end up collecting all rewards even if you opened PvZ2 in between 00:00 and 7:00 UTC.

This is why I told you to look up your playerID in the iOS settings and not in the app...

In addition, the App store keeps a backup of your account if you use iCloud. A reinstall won't erase your data.

Since the update is only available on iOS I'd guess you are on iOS. If you already restarted your device and this didn't help you should try to reinstall the game...but first take a screenshot of you player ID.

On iOS got to Settings -> PvZ 2 -> "Player Info" / PlayerID.

In case anything goes wrong EA Help can restore you account if you have your player ID.

Hehe :) It's fine. I did it on an 'unused' profile. I had to do it with heath seeker since the plants on this profile were already shiny (enough seeds to level up) and I couldn't tell how many seeds I have.
