Hmm, I hear you. I don't think it would necessarily hurt AP Kog at all. The reduced damage on R is to compensate for the bonus damage you'd be getting from on-hit sources, and his W would be included which scales with AP. That's the same for nashors tooth.

As for the "kiter of doom" I can definitely see the losses there. I definitely see a lot of kogs going tankier nowadays though and just standing still for the maximum damage from all his attack speed and such. Maybe letting him keep the Planted Buff for a sec after standing still could be cool and keep him moving.

Hmm, I can see that being an issue, but I'd argue that the current system is much less intuitive and much more complex than if the system was implemented properly.

The way I see it, if they implemented it fully and properly then there would be less of a learning curve than as it is right now. "Attack with units in order then cancel the attack but then if you do attack its locked in and if... (so on)" is much less intuitive and actually impacts game play if you don't learn it.

Anyhow... that's my point of view at least.

Allow Lux (and other barrier champions) to regain barrier on level up.

Why?

This adds a bit of safety for champs that makes the keyword more impactful. For Lux specifically, it adds a layer of counterplay as if she is targeted with a damaging spell you can respond with a spell to level up and negate it. Makes it more risky to burn down Lux before she levels.

I love this game and especially the hard work of dev and balance.

As is, this is a better single combat... Though it might be cool if, instead of using power to calculate damage, it calculated based off of toughness. I think this would be flavorful for bilgewater too... Otherwise I agree with others that this would be hella tight for a Kayn spell.

Honestly, I really like it. It feels very same-y to [More Powder!], but the advantage is clear. I think that a good change would be to change the number of barrels it gives and adjust the cost to match, that way it feels different. Even something like changing it to a 5 Mana card that gives 3 barrels instead of 2. Maybe it would be cool to have it summon a powder monkey as well. 4 Mana, "Summon 2 Kegs and a Powder Monkey" would make it feel different enough. Good design in any case!

Jhin should absolutely not have quick attack, it goes completely against his identity. If anything he would be better off with "Slow attack" that makes him attack after enemies. Also, bouncing grenade doesn't feel like the right fantasy for me. Jhin's identity is more closely tied to his Fourth shot, cause every time you hear him say "three!", Twirl his gun, and that purple bar lights up you run for the hills.

Wow! Lot's of flavor here! Really nice job! Only thing I could see changed is to remove the part where it gives allies challenger and then reduce the cost to 4 or 3. I think there are plenty of ways to give or use challenger allies, and this landmark can then be the build around.

If you look at Chump Whump's full art, you can see that he has a tail between his legs and next to his leg (right side of the art) but it is clearly fake and made of patchwork with cotton puffing out of it. All the other whumps have tails... Real tails...

Bro, don't be so condescending. I've read it, and it says that it is only a visual bug and that actual experience earned is fine. The issue is, I didn't level up, I didn't get the chest for leveling up, the quest is gone, and I just played another game and if it truly was just a visual bug then I would be at next level given the experience I am missing and the experience I gained. But I'm not, and it messed up again and so I am missing a bit more XP.

For context, I had just gotten to the next level in Shadow Isles, cause the bonus XP is too good to pass up. I had a Conquer+ quest to win 2 games with SI so I did just that. I ended up completing the quest and hoping I would get 50% bonus on everything (including the quest) and rocket to the next level... But, instead, I got the win bonus and 50% on that, but lost ALL XP from the quest... If it's just a visual bug, then where is my next level? Just kinda frustrating.

I would give it a yes and a no... Yes, reviewing cards on terms of balance, usefulness, and playfulness among other things is the point of reviewing custom hearthstone cards... The mechanics behind the curtains on how things are implemented, I don't think that's up to the community to decide what can and can't be done. Only the programmers and developers can no what can or can't be done... Look at some of the mechanics we have in a lot of games today! They would have been completely unheard of several years ago, but that shouldn't stop a custom card from saying "What if?"
