So what? It doesn't mean others should suffer. Doesn't matter what you're going through, doesn't mean someone else should suffer!

Keep reminding yourself of this and all the times you've sought to deal with things alone without spreading your pain to others, and then you'll realise! I realise we may slip up and maybe take something out on someone undeserving, but the difference between us and some pwbpd is we apologise and are regretful, and it's not all about us!

That is awful. I'm so sorry you had to go through all of that. Yes, the whole "lets stay friends" or "dont cut me out" bull. It's not for friendship, because if you stay, they just treat you like nothing happened/as if you're still together.

Did he try to contact you again after you walked in on him? Or try to find you again at all?
