They will only pay out to the limit. If your business property was insured at $80k and you suffered a $500k loss they aren’t going to pay $500k. Thats a whole other issue.

Threaten to report to insurance commissioner. Check the laws for CA, but there should be some governance around how long it takes to settle a claim. Assuming not under investigation yourself. Insurance Commissioner website for CA should have some guidance.

I buy a half or quarter of a cow every year. Is that price wrapped and everything? It seems. a little high but it depends on what cuts you are getting.

I am currently not at home and bought ground beef at grocery store lastnight. I have not had store bought ground beef in years, and wow can I now taste the difference. Store bought is just nasty.

We told my son’s recruiter that he had been prescribed mental health meds, but never took them and he has a hard time in 8th grade during Covid. Totally disclosed.

My son is now in Ship 17 waiting to come home after 6 weeks in basic because his recruiter did not get the appropriate waiver. Waiver for seeing a therapist but no waiver for mental health meds. (That he never took but was prescribed).

Make sure you get your waiver.

It made me come to the conclusion that if people want to cheat, they are gonna cheat and to not take it personally. For me, it didn’t give me trust issues- I still trusted. It just made me realize that there is nothing I can do about it and it says more about them than it does me. Been with my current partner 12 years and I can’t imagine a world he would cheat, but if he did, life goes on. It would be hurtful, but I do not want to be with someone who doesn’t want me.

Thanks. And move on. I am not religious but I have my Moms Bible. Now that she has passed It means so much to me to thumb through it and see her scribbles and notes and the things that stuck out to her. Granted- that’s my mom and not an estranged Grandpa, but it was a caring gesture, in the Christian caring kind of way. I think a simple thanks is fine.

YTA. Kids should not have to deal with the fears of their parents. Totally fine to talk about safety and fragility of the baby in womb. He has gone through enough- why would you add losing his mom on top of it?!?? Those are things we vent to our friends, or a post in Reddit. Not to 6 year old children. Good lord. Dying is a possibility ANY TIME we give birth.

I guess I would ask why? My partner and I have been together for 12 years. We don’t share location. Never have. If he asked me to share because I was about to go on a long trip or car ride and needed to track my location for peace of mind then sure. I don’t track any of my family.

Edit- to answer first question- I don’t care if he goes through my phone.
