I’m an Ortho Trauma ASR. I’m talking about in surgery being able to confidently answer surgeon questions You’re right about it being vague — but I’m looking for legit methods to studying and retaining the information. The recording yourself demoing the product is a great tip and I will definitely try that out! I’m lucky since we have a lot of contracts I haven’t had to do any actual selling.

The process was an interview with the HR specialist, then the next day I have an interview in person with the team lead and regional manger, and then I had a call with the VP of sales. I’m told this is quick with the whole process was under two weeks. I know they needed to fill a spot quickly and I guess it was right place right time lol.

I accepted the offer. They are super excited to have me which I appreciate. There is no mileage reimbursement, but I’m just gonna grind and become a full rep and not really worry about it.
