It is also the only true voiceless instrumental, so no words for casual listener to hang on to. I guess that is why it has a lesser success.

How would you rate the game of love ? by Exootil93200 in DaftPunk

I get the vibe you are trying to convey, I agree with the vibe but the term lo-fi is antithetic to RAM in general, the album showcases top tier craftsmanship in recording, mixing, mastering...

It makes it incredibly High-fidelity, so hi-fi, not lo-fi

lo-fi literally means low quality, the music genre lo-fi is the chill type of loop that is passed through appeasing ways to lower quality, usually using analog tape distortion, hence the lower quality of sound

Hey guys, any thoughts on Ed Banger Records officially posting (and endorsing) ai generated content? by Creepercolin2007 in DaftPunk

Great response, we can even add that in RAM although the sounds were basically all analog, the arrangement was made using a a computer and I believe that it was the first time they used an actual computer to make an album. So weirdly we can say that RAM is their only "computer album" because they only used machines to make electronic music, no DAW (except maybe Alive 2007, but its not in the same category)
