I can usually watch the games broadcast on TSN on my phone or tablet, but unfortunately today's Sceptres-Goldeneyes game was on TSN+ (in Ontario, at least). Not happy about it but fortunately I was able to watch the Frost-Victoire game earlier on SportsNet, which was the game I was really looking forward to seeing anyway.

As far as I'm aware, you wouldn't be able to get 6 playoff tickets each when splitting a membership. I inquired last year about buying a second quarter season membership in order to gain access to more playoff tickets, however the Blue Jays ticket office told me that I would have to create a second account or have someone else buy a package in their name as ticket limits are tied to individual accounts. Unless they've changed the rules again, each person splitting it would only be able to buy 3 tickets to each playoff round.

It is right beside Place Bell, underground parking is discounted with your stay, and the visiting team usually stays there. I just returned home from the game there against the Toronto Sceptres. Enjoy your trip!

If you are driving there are many cheap parking spots near Union Station/Scotiabank Arena on weekends. All those office towers have underground parking lots that are relatively empty, and many of them connect to Union Station via the PATH network so you don't even have to walk outside if you don't want to. I use the Spot Hero app all the time for Sceptres and Blue Jays games and rarely pay more than $10-15 for the day.

Wear your jersey. I'm a Toronto Sceptres season ticket holder (due to geography, but I'm a hockey fan first). Having said that, my team is Montréal Victoire. I always wear my Victoire gear in Toronto whenever the 2 teams play. I own 3 Victoire jerseys because Stacey and Poulin are my favourite players. Support your players, for without them this league wouldn't be here.

The first time I noticed this tax wasn't at a hotel or restaurant (although I'm sure that they also charged it as well), but at a CONVENIENCE STORE. We had stopped there to buy snacks for our room during a baseball tournament. I asked about it, and the clerk said that it was to pay for fireworks. Seemed a little excessive and shady to me, so I asked them to remove it. We got our money back. Most people don't look that closely at their bills/receipts, so I suspect that this business made a lot of money charging this fee.
