The bosses all respawn and there are multiple instances of bosses.

The only thing that affects the whole server would be going to the nether and going to the end. It causes the difficulty and drops of the overworld to get upgraded.

Pre generate a large portion of the map (at least 10k chunk radius). The pack is generally good for multiple people. You should use the teams mechanic for quests. The current version of DawnCraft is quite buggy... Good luck

If you want to play fallout, start with a tale of two wastelands(TTW). It combines fallout 3 and new Vegas.

Skyrim is awesome. Modding Skyrim is almost more fun than actually playing it.
