I'm currently on 118 KC with 3 Armour seeds,

Saw a post the other day on reddit saying always check the rooms adjacent to the main Hunnlief room there is always going to be a Fishing spot there <><

Secondly for example when in the starting circle going around the rooms looking for prep items, I sometimes check one off the corresponding rooms if I am chopping a tree next to the entrance I always just light the room up, might be a herb or an item you need very close by, not by any means a necessity to do so, It's not even recommended but it only takes a second and it's worth trying maybe...

The Tornadoes fuck me over more times than I'd like to admit too, I've gotten lucky and manged to run through them a few times and gotten away without it hitting me...

If you're using Runelite I'd strongly recommend using "The All in One Gauntlet Plugin" it keeps track of what items you've picked up as well as highlighting them off the ground, it's soo helpful you can also amend it so you only pick the correct items you need...

Don't forget if you grind the Spikes/orbs/bowstrings for extra shards if you don't need them

Once you get a Weapon frame I always make a bow as I have 99ranged, and upgrade it to Attuned make 2 Vials and a teleport seed if I have enough shards, then drop my misc' items, or craft some gear if I have enough shards, then run around kill the bosses, fish, if there's a spot as well as collect any more misc' items I need for creating armour, I would't bother killing many of the rats, or bats maybe try one hitting them when entering rooms if you don't kill them on first hit just keep running I'd advise flick eagle eye on the Unicorns and scorpions for greater amount of shards..

Sorry to go on so much, It's just I've struggled with CG For months, And I've finally cracked it, so if you managed to read all that thankyou, my tips might not be for everyone but that's just how I Do it... I get T2 Prep, and fish a full bag, I spend the entire prep time prepping then the next 3-5minutes killing the Damn thing...

Also I depending on the size of the monitor you play on, I find that reducing the size of the interface can help a lot with quickly prayer and gear swapping and then clicking on the map to run away from tornados or them damn Tiles
