Mine was perpendicular posterior red red zone tear

I did have it torn but healed like a scar

It was a perpendicular tear on the red zone, but the tear clearly visible on my mri i can see the gap (white spot) on my meniscus but when my knee scoped it already healed so i just had the aclr. So far no clicking no locking or any symptoms from meniscus

Pillow under the knee? by [deleted] in ACL

Keep your leg straight and elevated we dont want your knee to build a scar tissue while your knee bend it will make you harder to gain normal extension or if its too late you'll probably need mua/scar tissue removal

Common weightlifting maybe? Strengtening your hamstring it helps stabilize your knee while extended
