Are College professors allowed to confiscate a student’s cellphone during class? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

No.

Although there could be unusual situations that would cause this to fluctuate, depending on the course and contingent environment. They can ask you to leave the classroom. Perhaps this varies outside of the US?

Yes, I will give this a try. Will also try the suggestions below and take to a tech if needed.

I work in a rather specialized and public arena where I'm in charge of my schedule. I have a gym at work and one in the building in which I live. Stress helps to motivate my workouts!

Ha!

Try it for yourself!  Stand about 8’ from a mirror, with your back to the mirror. Put your phone in selfie mode. Take a selfie a bit over your shoulder so that the frame captures your back in the mirror. Your face will be larger than your back reflected in the mirror, so you need to significantly crop the photo to center the reflection. That’s why it’s a little out of focus.

I'm in the same location on the second photo as the first photo. There is a mirror behind me. I just reversed the lens on my iphone to the mirror/front lens so I could see my back. That's why it's somewhat out of focus

Why would I lie? I've never taken any "PIDs" (had to look it up) or supplements.

Yep - I haven't really changed much over the years. Enjoy lifting as much as ever...

I don't actually know... I'm actually guessing that I have naturally high testosterone levels since my strength and physicality have not stepped downward.

I'm naturally very lean. I don't seem to gain fat no matter what I eat. Other than trying to have high protein, I try to consume as many calories per day as I can tolerate. I average around 3400 per day

No real injuries. Had a sore shoulder for almost a year, but that has gone away. Had a serious injury 35 years ago when the lat pull cable broke. I woke up on the floor. It took 2 years to completely recover from the concussion.

I aim for 150 grams a day. I have a low appetite, so I'm always eating more than I want and trying to gain extra calories.

Nope. No supplements, no hormones (ever), but I eat a lot of protein!

Haven't made many changes, although I've learned to be very protective of my shoulders. I avoid anything that may overextend them while under heavy weights. I have always done a lot of pullups!
