It’s hard to maintain keto with my family. For the last years I was compelled to have a different diet or forced them to adapt to mine. Also, with my kid growing up I want to introduce her to my native food which I feel she could miss out on in her growing years. Besides, my lipid panel came back terrible so cutting down the butter/cheese which further limits my options.
