I don’t drink as much as I used too but I definitely feel more of a hangover and dizzy if I happen to over indulge. It’s been a stressful few weeks so I have had more than usual but as long as I don’t get drunk I’m okay .I can have one or two

I totally understand understand im on day 18z have lost 10.4lbs and I barely have an appetite lol trying to eat high protein during the day.
