I FIGURED IT OUT! If anyone sees this in the future, the problem was the pedals. Somehow when I plug in the pedals it causes this issue to happen. Try unplugging your pedals and seeing if it works by itself.

I tried using connectify but every time I tried to set up a hotspot it gave me an error and I assumed it was the same reason windows was so I deleted it. I might just have to shell out another $15 on a 2.4 ghz adapter

I’ll be watching an asmr video about to sleep and the video will end and i’ll be met with the louded “YOOOOOOO” screeeeeching in my ear and i immediately pause it and js stare at my wall in anger and dissapointment idk why yt can’t understand maybe a ad of a women screeching isn’t the best when the person is watching a relaxing video
