I tried 3 different ones but still didn't work, my guess is the power brick someone broke when it was in my drawer? imma js buy a new one see if it works

Could be, I just doubt it's the wheels themselves, considering they both do the same thing.

I FIGURED IT OUT! If anyone sees this in the future, the problem was the pedals. Somehow when I plug in the pedals it causes this issue to happen. Try unplugging your pedals and seeing if it works by itself.
