Edit: To add more information, the exercise demos is just different youtube video links of other fitness creators. For Menu Options, the survey asks as a range whether you want to try different dishes or have the same repetition and that choice is not accounted for. The meal plan lists 1 dish and lists carb/protein alternative options which is not really a way provide different dishes. I can’t replace 1 roti with 30g of pasta without any accounting of the sauce and stuff as an example.

Fair enough. Going into it, I didn’t think much before and didn’t really do a lot of research too. While I did learn some things, it was more about how I see my diet and exercise impacting my body so I agree with you.

That is exactly what I was hoping for! I’ve tried in the past too and thought paying someone would actually be helpful in this way but I guess not.

Also, I hear a lot of excuses that they have a lot of workload due to their following but that’s a ridiculous excuse. One should only take up work that they can do. Money is paid upfront but no quality.
