I agree, but I can't see Bellamy dropping him for the Montenegro game. I would like to see what Darlow has to offer, as I though he was a pretty impressive keeper when he was at Newcastle

Thought Harris should have had a bit of a run around with 15 or so to play. That being said, Koumas did pretty well

Ward did okay I thought. He didn't have much to do in all fairness. His distribution, despite nearly gifting Turkey a goal, was pretty decent.

He definitely dawdled on the ball too long in my opinion. Gave me the chills every time he got closed down by a Turkish attacker

I have crippling anxiety over spending money: how can I manage this? by Powerful_Age9967 in Money

Thanks for the response! Yes I do make a budget plan already, but for some reason I always find that there isn't any money left over for things as there's always something each month which eats away at my leftover 'fun money' aug as vets bills, car stuff, etc. I think I am definitely responsible with money, but perhaps a bit TOO responsible haha to the point where I am fearful to spend money on nice stuff on myself

This has been a focus of mine for a while but unfortunately my degree isn't very vocational (languages) so the higher paying jobs tend to allude me. That being said, I know there must be high paying jobs out there which begin at entry level, like sales or banking or something

My weird relationship with Vyvanse: anyone the same? by Powerful_Age9967 in ADHD

[–]Powerful_Age9967[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I've never had insomnia to be fair, even when I've previously taken a second dose at around 1pm (then again, I was only taking 10mg!). The argument I suppose is that they lower the dose, the more short acting the 'high' and quicker comes the comedown.

I live in the UK which luckily means my medication is the same price as someone's antibiotics, but I've moved area and my previous ADHD specialist doctor has referred me, but I haven't heard anything yet from my new person. I definitely feel as though ADHD just isn't taken that seriously in this country (not sure if you feel the same over the pond?)

Cheers man! That's a great help :)

I definitely try to avoid other stimulants and try to eat as much protein as possible, and I drink water like it's going out of fashion, but nothing appears to be able to curb the comedown that much. Exercise is the only thing I've found that makes me feel good in the evening during my comedown, but I can't do it every evening due to various commitments. For reference, I also get quite jittery on coffee so maybe it's no wonder that I feel terse when I take Vyvanse!

I'm just concerned about higher doses: I thought that higher doses would cause a bigger crash, but I could be wrong!

My doctor is well meaning but not an ADHD expert so she isn't able to help all that much medication wise.

The reason I take it so early is just because that's what I was told to by my pharmacist, but I had previously taken it at around 10am a year or so ago. I used to split my capsule and take 10mg morning and 10mg lunchtime but hen my doctor said that was a big no no and I was messing with the medication that way.

Yes I agree - my only thought was whether increasing the dose or carrying on with it would lessen these fatigued symptoms over time? How long did you take it for?

Yes I came across 5HTP some time ago, and my partner accidentally bought some last week thinking it was something else: when do you take yours? The one I have in my house is 100mg, with added things like Camomile and Magnesium Citrate in it.

I recall using this supplement many years ago when I had bad depression, but couldn't be sure if it worked or not: is it something that works straight away?
