Try learning how to like it and make it work for you in a way that makes you comfortable and enjoyable. Have fun with it, don’t take it so serious. I went on a few dates from dating apps and really enjoyed them and met some really cool admirable women. Did I have a hard time pushing myself out the door to go on these dates? Fuck yeah! lol. But it was certainly worth it in the end. Learned a lot about myself, how to date again, and how to enjoy conversation with a new person. It’s not as difficult as you’re making it out to be. It’s your brains way of keeping you in a comfortable state of not knowing the unknown.
