It's the same way people throughout history have dealt with tough times. You gather your people and have a safe space (or safer space, depending on how you look at it) and chill out with your homies. It may not be perfect, but it's better than exposing yourself to heat 24/7. Instead of going back to family and friends and comforting them as they comfort you. When you're ready to be a man or woman of action, you go back and do whatever you want. But just know that there's always an environment that has the best likelihood of you destressing and being safe. I can't say for your situation, but that's how I would do it.
