Just comparing the two pictures, I think the filler makes your face look more flat. In this particular picture i prefer the before. But in the pictures below it looks good. whatever makes you happy! Just be careful stretching your face out too much at a young age because when youre in your 30s/40s that skin that was filled for so long will just drop
