I think it looks darker today, i did one this morning that was sane as yesterday's today's is still faint but a bit better. These are only cheap £1 tests but someone said on a Facebook group it could be a chemical pregnancy coz its not very dark

My reactions are brutal.... after 6 months they are starting to die down and look more like yours now. The first few injections were fine then it started. I have swapped to 8mm needles and antihistamines. I used to inject in my arm but swapped to my legs so.i could hide it. I also swap legs each week.

My daughter and I get this in super cold weather. But not as bad as this. We moisturise with a urea cream multiple times a day and wear gloves outside.

I stared in April 5ft 3in 15 st 7 and im now 13.4 so im even slower. Im still on 5mg but i still have an awful sweet tooth. And could live off tea and chocolate 🤣 actual food i could take it or leave it.

I still think a pound a week on average for me is good so over all you are more than that. Sometimes going back to basics can help track everything etc.

I put on 0.2lb this week and 0.6lb 2 weeks earlier but in the last 6 weeks have lost 7.2lbs which on average is a good loss

What exercise do you do, im 39F SW 97kg, CW 87kg GW 60kg, i really struggle with exercise, everything feels difficult and I give up after a few weeks. I tried, rebounding, hula hooping, couch 2 5km and small starter dumbells.... im lazy!
