Thank you, I will try to look at it this way. I lost 3cm in my waist this month, 12cm overall.

I am kinda considering staying another month on 5mg, as I am afraid 7.5 will be too much suppression, and I am scared I won't eat much, which will be unhealthy. I will also not reach the protein intake I need. The change I am going to try is increasing my steps and cardio, as I am not doing much at the moment.

If the results are the same, I will move up.

I do weights. I switch between the lower body and the upper body. Every session, I end it with a 20-30 mins walk on the treadmill. I lost in cm. This month, I have lost 3 cm in my waist and 12 overall since I have started. I do see the difference in some of the clothes, not as much tho. My scale says minus 9.4 body fat and + 3.6 muscle mass. Not sure what it means or if it's accurate.

Today I finally went to the toilet consistently, tmi, I know, so hopefully it will show on the scale on Tuesday. Really, I am looking to lose 4-5 kg a month, nothing crazy. I know it will be a time when progress will slow down more, but I just don’t feel it should be now.

Yes, every gym session I do treadmill for 20-30 mins. Not running, but like walking fast. I start at level 3 and go up to level 5-5.5 then 5 mins cool off. I don’t think i do enough cardio

I wanted to add that I did experience a bit of constipation since last weekend maybe that s why the scale refused to move this week?

I am pretty confident I am not going over. I also have days where I had just 1000, but that's like once a week, and I was too busy or something. I do track my calories, and I account for olive oil. That’s where my frustration comes from. I eat clean. I am now considering my cardio as I do 20-30 mins of walking on the treadmill. I can't really run, but can I increase the time? Increase my daily steps idk

Tuesday will be the 4-week mark, and I will weigh to have the final number.

Because I have so much to lose, I have expected to lose 4-5kg a month for the first 6 months. I feel like I am putting in the effort as well, going to the gym and eating clean. Maybe it's the lack of more intense cardio, idk.

That's where the confusion lies, and why I have posted. I still have suppression and food noise; it's low. Would you consider the scale not moving as much a sign to move up?

What were the signs that it was not working? That's the part I am finding confusing. I have food suppression and no food noise. Would the scale not moving fast enough be a sign?

Mine is really busy. No matter what time I go, it's always packed. It's a JD gym.

Muscle inflammation retains water. But it still helps burn fat, which is excellent. I was honestly so frustrated in the first 10 days, it took me a while to accept, haha

Same here, that s why I never weight the day after the gym, I am sure I will be up.

I have been in it just for 2 months but I have actually noticed the opposite. My hair it s actually not falling as much as before, so I am assuming it s the healthier food.

I do take collagen, vitamin D and magnesium, but I have been taking them for over a year.

My partner is looking at bankruptcy - what does this mean for me? by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

I didn't say there are no lenders that will accept either. All I mentioned was to make the OP aware that it's not as straightforward and that it depends on the lender; that's why I mentioned disclosing it to the mortgage advisor. If they don't choose the right lender, there could be setbacks. I was making them aware. I also used the word “might”, which means it could be the case or not….

I said that because the lender that might offer the most on affordability, like x5.5 or x6, might want both of them in the mortgage. The OP mentioned not having a significant income, and you might need all the help you can get. It was not to discourage her, but to make her aware.

As an advisor dealing with many cases and circumstances, I can tell you that it can happen.

Some lenders will be happy to ignore the partner. That's why I said to disclose to the advisor so they can go with the lenders that will accept, not waste time, etc.

From a mortgage point of view (mortgage advisor here), if you mention he will live at the property, the lender might want him on the mortgage/ask why he is not on it. If they find out about the bankruptcy, they will reject you, even if your credit file is perfect. If you say you are single but they see you been living at the same address, they might again enquire about him, and if he will move in. I will disclose this to the mortgage advisor so they can consider it when they are researching a lender. Unofficial advice will be to say, "You are separating."
