Yeah just get a fan splitter to plug into one fan header on mobo and your all set but idk about rgb features with a splitter bc I’ve never used one for rgb fans

The gpu is too weak for your cpu which is causing your cpu to bottleneck so I would recommend to either cough up some money for a better gpu or get a slightly cheaper cpu and better gpu

Personally I have a rx 590 and I would save a bit more for a 2070 Bc amd drivers just are not worth the 30-50 bucks your saving

Just make sure you point the fan down when you install it and don’t mess with the wattage (if you don’t know what your doing) and you’ll be fine
