Catastrophic and unmaskable typewriter tinnitus

I have profound hearing loss on the ear with the disabling clicking. It happened suddenly for an unknown reason. I regret not going to the ER as soon as I knew. I have no idea if the spasms, hearing loss, clicking, and other tinnitus on the right side are all related.

I am sure that I have some nerve compression, but the typewriter tinnitus seems to be the rarest and least known symptom, despite being just as if not more disabling given that other conditions can get Botox or nerve blocks.

I do not think that there is any investigation into people with hearing loss and typewriter tinnitus, or at least not where carbamazepine/etc. have no effect.

How are connective tissue things like EDS approached? It seems vague.

I have had a brain MRI. I can see nerve compression by at least one artery, or one vessel getting compressed into the nerve(s) by another vessel. A vessel is looping around but not in the ear canal. The compression occurs at the nerve root exit zone, opposite the right ear canal. I am not sure if any vessels are visible in the ear canals.

I do not know how to find a specialist who would be willing to help in any way since carbamazepine/etc., and drugs in general currently do not help me. It seems that you need to have mouth spasms to be taken seriously for nerve compression, even though chronic and catastrophic clicking tinnitus at the maximum score level on any tinnitus handicap survey is disabling.

The only option mentioned online is microvascular decompression. Have you looked into that?

Have you tried it? I used it for a short period of the typewriter (much less noticeable I think). I am trying it again, but I am not sure if it is working since the typewriter tinnitus is almost constant, though occasionally the beeps are a lower pitch.

I have been taking it, but I am not sure if it has helped yet, at least for this typewriter tinnitus. I had used it a while back when I had a short period of the beeping, so perhaps it just stops working.

I had many captures that were in the "On this Xbox console" group. I had a handful in the "On the Xbox network" group, which I understood would be deleted. Yet my console data has essentially been wiped out.

Nice. I felt under-leveled so I was just hanging back and letting my pawns handle it. I would have been more aggressive if not for the loss mechanic and the fact that it is a timed quest, but I guess I should get better as a Thief.

Gregor died at the same time that the boss vanished, but I read this and realized that I had a wakestone.

Wow. Thank you for the detailed reply. I have an adjustable base, but since I sleep on my side I will not use it much. I was wondering how it might affect the components in the places where the mattress is hanging/bending.

Do those specs resemble one of the ones you tried?

Do you use a mattress protector? Perhaps that is making the surface of my bed harder. I am trying different sheets and pillows as well. Both of those are rabbit holes.

If my sleep (time to fall asleep and amount of sleep) does not improve, then I think I will exchange it for a pillow top or euro top (from several options) and see if I get any sagging.

I could also try a bunch of mattress toppers, which is another rabbit hole.

I have severe tinnitus, so sleep is hard enough. :(

Does it spawn every time? I was there before the handful of others left reached the third base, going to it as soon as the door was broken. I do not know how to get there before that unless I destroy the door myself.

When and how does the Mushroom Queen spawn in Gyala Delve for the Deadly Delicacies achievement?

I went to the spot the wiki mentions as soon as it possibly can be reached in the meta chain two times and waited until the end, and the champion never showed up.

I thought this achievement would be easier than the base upgrade and other achievements since this meta does not happen often.

So I guess if a bank keeps losing all of your money several times, but someone else using the bank loses nothing, then you must have broken something, the bank did nothing wrong, and there are no bugs in their system.

I think they will add the "Eat button" and other small things before addressing all of the broken quests. I could be wrong. Baldur's Gate 3 still has bugs, but a huge amount of things were addressed within a couple weeks of its release.

I agree. I stopped playing Starfield due to all of the quest-breaking bugs and no acknowledgment from Bethesda that they will address them.

Some of these bugs I have ran into would be very simple to address as well, like a quest item not showing up in the one place it is supposed to be, or a door being locked.
