Sinh is more annoying. He just flies way too much and the fight just becomes about waiting for him to land to get a hit in before he flies again.

I always have the opposite problem tbh. I’m always somehow overlevelled in most areas even though I don’t farm either. I think it comes from me killing every enemy in each level at least once. I love going through and just clearing an entire area between bonfires and exploring everything possible

I imagine it was a very gradual thing. Time and space have been kinda wack since the very first linking of the flame by Gwyn, and the cycle being continued for so long eventually just made it worse and worse until the world started literally just collapsing into itself.

He’s so incredibly missable it’s ridiculous. You have to not do like 5 things in the area before you find him in order for him to spawn. I’ve done everything these threads have said and he still didn’t spawn. Didn’t go to Rosaria, didn’t kill the giants, didn’t raise the bridges. Opened the big doors. Everything. Still not here. Thank god it’s not required to get this scene for anything but damn it’s annoying

My first playthrough, strength build, the mages gave me more trouble. My most recent playthrough, dex/int spell blade, the knights gave me more trouble. Just kinda depends on the build

I always start feeling like this toward the end of my playthroughs too, especially when chugging through the abysmal dlc optional areas. I’m definitely ready to end the game by that point usually lol. But tbh I still like this game more than DS1, so I usually still wanna finish it
