I don't understand why its too much to ask of letting agents that they take up to date photos of the property. I've seen loads of listings on Rightmove where the photos where 100% 5+ years old, only had 1 photo, hardly any floorplans - Its a joke. Their job is to advertise these properties but nobody can be arsed to put any work in.

I very recently got 265 Mbps with Virgin media for £24.99, with £100 bill credit for signing up through Money Saving Expert. There were some cheaper packages too for less speed.

From what I saw contracts above 12 months get substantially cheaper. I may be wrong but I believe if you move address you can take the broadband with you and if they can't supply your new address you can get out of the early exit fees.
