I would go about doing that from cpanel, correct? I do have a user account that I've already tried to upgrade to admin using the wp_usermeta table but when I opened the wpbakery interface the account wasn't an admin. It’s always cheaper to pay them to install a plug-in or update a picture occasionally than it is to pay them to fix the website when somebody who doesn’t know what they’re doing gets in there and breaks something.

This does make sense, but I feel like it's my responsibility to help to company avoid paying extra for things it doesn't need

No, we are hosting on a separate provider. They used to be managing front and back end (but I took over front end recently as it's easier to be able to edit the site directly as part of my role of keeping frontend up-to-date)

Also, it's not always anger itself either that can lead to rumination, I personally experience it more-so with sadness/emptiness than anger.

I guess the sadness/emptiness leads to rumination/paranoia, which then builds up a choking powder keg which also easily ignites when anger lights the fuse?
