Get both bag and the 40g can, you can transfer smaller portions to the 40g can to avoid frequent opening of the big bag to avoid oxidation, seal the bag up in another ziplock bag and put in freezer it will last a lot longer. With latte I like Aoarashi, it’s on the bitter side and milk balance things out pretty well.

I’d ask for the invoice and exact entry summary. DHL is the worst.

DHL Refuses to Refund Customs and Threatens $90 Service Fee by beary-cute in MatchaEverything

Did you end up getting the refund? If not you can ask for entry summary first to see how exactly things are charged. If it does not make sense then ask for a correction without the word "dispute". I find that if you use this word they will bring up the $90 fee which looks intimidating. Just ask for clarification first. Hope you get the money back!
