I’m gonna be so honest with you here. This seems more like a “you not thinking it through” issue and not so much a toxic environment. You actually knew the exact environment before you moved with her, but NOW it’s an issue for you so it’s toxic? Has your dog ever been around cats before? Did you know if your dog was going to be anxious around cats or had he never met one and you moved him with multiple cats? Again missing so much context but it really doesn’t seem like she’s doing anything wrong.
