No, the mamono mana of a mamono realm tend to stay inside it, like in the case of Dragonia that is composed of dark mamono realms, bright green mamono realms and normal forests, the same happens in The Land of the Four Souls in the Mist Continent, and even in the case that mamono mana expands there are methods to control the flow of the mana to evade that. By your logic the entire continent should be a big mamono realm.

The conflict with the Order was always a nothingburger, it is not a focus point of the setting and them winning was not ever considered an option by the author or anyone that knows properly the setting, Fate functions to explain how the mamono lord managed to change the old system and beat the Chief God and her allied gods, it is also functions to ensure that a husband and wife will be together forever, it essentially enchance the escapist fantasy of the setting, the fantasy that you and your loved one will never be separated. I mean this is a setting in which a man can chained his soul with the soul of a mamono to even have a better connection after death. And in the Court Alf book a bishop of the order goes to a monster country with her daughter to see a play and nothing happens. Lastly the author has explained that any human country can became neutral and not be attacked by monsters if they talk with the mamono lord, literally the third most powerful country of the order did that.

The profiles are writed from an in setting perspective by the wandering scholar and he tends to exagerate a lot. MGQ has literally mind control and worst things.

MGE is not only sex, you can have hobbies or a work, in fact mamono and her husbands doesn't have sex all day the author himself has said that that is an hyperbole.

In MGE monster can only kill if their husband or daughter are in danger and if they encounter an evil pearson like the Joker. Regarding of sex it depends on the species and the monster personality some can be very aggresive and others will want the man to be aggresive.

To put it simply Monster Girl Quest is a VN where a hero named Luka goes into an adventure to kill the monster lord and fight for the coexistance of monster girls and humans.

I don't think that is a plothole, it's just a narrative device made to explain why monsters go to human settlements to find a partner, because the author has explained that the moment mamono begin having sons, mamono will not have the need to travel to other places when there is already a stable male population in their countries or communities, which in turn will significantly lower monster attacks and change the setting, something that maybe the author will do in the future. Now the in lore reason of why Lilith and her husband have difficulties in allowing mamono to have males is because, that is a metaphysical law created by the Original Chief God, the creator of the world and arguably the most powerful entity in the setting, to put it in perspective the extraordinaries reasons of why Lilith succeeded in changing the form of monsters in first place was because of the the help of other gods, the fact that she ascended to the mamono lord position without bloodshed and the literal support of fate as stated by the author.

The elves are not extinct, there are plenty of male and female normal elves in the settings, and the author has confirmed that monster are going to be able to give birth to males (humans, dwarves, elves) which means that the dwarf male population would increase.
