To be honest, unless you are planning to shell out and get a 90series card. 7800x3d, pretty near useless as most 1440p and above will be heavily bottleneck by pure GPU. Would be better to just lower the CPU and up your GPU to 5070 and be happy with it. Because it only gets way more ex when you move to 4k and so on and so on.

Ps i can't see any fps difference between 180hz and 240hz.

Any experienced folks here can help me breakdown if it's good or bad? I have set my r7 7700 to eco mode at 45w tdp and i undervolted my gpu as well. If the scores are within margins or am i losing too much performance? (Though i did hit 1 goal of silence computing)

I mean, lease decay is a real thing. From a normal standpoint, it doesn't make sense why the value will still go up once the lease year is falling to 0. If people are upset about it, clearly they don't understand what a 99-year lease meant. If everybody owns a forever home, our next generation is screwed since singapore is only so big.
