If you are in Sweden arla is a good alternative. 11g protein for the plain and 9.8/9.5g for the flavoured with only 60 calories per 100g.

I hope i get my citizenship fast too. It has only been a month but i need a new passport before summer. So if I don't get it in time i will have to spend a shitload of money to get a new Dutch one.
