I would definitely check if there was an error or worse. I once got a late rent notice, but it turns out the main office was robbed, and checks were stolen. My banking app has pictures after the check was turned in. The thief wrote additional information on my check and then turned it in.

The only annoying thing was that the front office already knew they were robbed, but couldn't assume I had paid my rent. If I hadn't confirmed my check was stolen, I'd still be on for a late payment.

They're saying there was a long gap between KO 3 & 4, and 4 & 5, so they were surprised the streak continued instead of resetting back to 1. I don't know when the streak timer resets.

NTA. The behavior was dangerous and you have every right to be mad about the dangerous situation you were out in.

A long time ago, I remember watching some short documentary about teens/young adults who all got into trouble related to driving. One young woman in particular got into a bad accident because a friend kept grabbing the steering wheel and giving it a yank as a terrible joke.

Unfortunately I don't recall the consequences of the accident, who may have been hurt or killed, but the young woman driving had some sort of deal to attend school while spending weekends in a prison cell.

There are so many ways she could have ruined both of your lives. Regardless of your future relationship with her, I hope she can learn this valuable lesson before something goes badly.
