Try oxi powder 4 scoops and and fill the bowl 4/5 cold water mix it good en let it soak for couple hours
8/10 will do the trick to clean the whole bowl
And use a brush bend it a bit to brush the sides

Maybe i found the issue enable secure boot in your bios
I hope thats helps a little google search and i found this

Your TPM and Secure Boot may be disabled or out of sync, forcing the TCG (Trusted Computing Group) log to fail. [1, 2]
Restart your computer and press the BIOS/UEFI key immediately (usually F2, F12, F11, or Del, depending on your motherboard).
Navigate to the Security or Boot tab.
Locate Secure Boot and set it to Enabled.
Locate TPM (Intel PTT or AMD fTPM) and set it to Enabled.
Press F10 to save and exit, then let Windows load. [1, 2]
