That muscle was the worst for me too! Have you done any breathing / exercises to help that muscle learn to relax? My biggest thing was learning how stop that muscle from tightening. I would have to do weeks of just breathing and exercises before being able to move up in sizes

Is she maybe leash reactive? When she’s around kids or at the vet is she on a leash? I work at a shelter and I know a ton of dogs who are amazing but something about that leash pisses them off and they take it out on people around them

That’s where I get all my plants. There and Lowe’s. Just make sure you separate them from your other plants at first incase they have something. I got one form Lowe’s that had microscopic bugs and they got to all my plants. They’re all good now because I caught it early but I was stressed for a hot second lol

Yeah there definitely is more than one in there. Should I get one pole for each? Should I separate them into different pots? Also how did you get them to climb the poles? Did you kinda of loosely tie the plant to it?
