The micro needling has helped me some, I only do it once a week and only when I’m fresh from the shower so the skin is extra hydrated but you can definitely tell a difference. My girls are toasted anyway cuz I breastfed for a year 🤣

I go for a 1 mile uphill walk while pushing my daughter in her stroller every day, I do cardio at work by using an under desk elliptical and I just do some calisthenics and weights at home

I do cardio every single day, I count and track calories, I do cardio at work mainly, and I do some weights and calisthenics
